Moving people and resources toward change.
15 years at the intersection of financial systems, human rights,
technology for good, and sustainability. Across four continents.
Organizations that shape global ecosystems.
Customers, communities, regulators, and suppliers control your market access and license to operate. Activist investors, community opposition, regulatory intervention — they start in conversations you're not part of. The gap between minimum and meaningful engagement is where value is lost.
Manage your ecosystem intentionally — or let it manage you.

Disclosure and ratings move last. The communities, policy actors, and supply chain workers closest to your portfolio exposure hold the signals that move first. Commitments stay vague when affected communities and company decision-makers aren't meaningfully at the table.
Incomplete stakeholder intelligence doesn't stay invisible. It shows up in your portfolio.
Institutional investors · impact funds · investor coalitions · philanthropic foundations
Three capacities. One integrated practice.
Access to stakeholders and communities you don't have relationships with yet.
Conditions and processes for engagement that is meaningful.
Language, risk framing, and incentives across actors — managing the power dynamics that kill momentum.
Map and engage with who is missing. Build relationships that move stakeholders from consultation to commitment. Advisory on HRDD, CSRD/CSDDD, SEC, and UNGP frameworks, including double materiality assessments.
Design multi-stakeholder events where unlikely actors enter the same room, leave with shared commitments, and build relationships that outlast the conversation.
Identify and build relationships with external organizations that advance your sustainability and policy goals. Strategic, long-term, and built to last.
Break down internal silos and build the cross-functional capability to engage stakeholders effectively — so sustainability commitments move from policy to practice.
CCLA's Modern Slavery Investor Coalition had $24T at risk from modern slavery exposure and relied on incomplete data. Survivor leaders hold credible expertise — but had never been included in investor conversations.
I designed a process that gave survivors dignity and investors the intelligence they needed. I convened survivor leaders into structured dialogue with investors — for the first time.
CCLA hired a survivor leader. Survivor expertise recognized as material input in investor risk management. The UK Government awarded a follow-on engagement project.
Under-represented fintechs were building real solutions but couldn't reach investors who could take them to scale. Investors were seeking innovation and deals but couldn't find them.
I grew the Inclusive Fintech 50 investor network by 165% and designed exclusive convenings where fintech founders and investors could evaluate each other.
Increased deal flow to founders who had been invisible to capital. Investors gained curated access to vetted opportunities.
Compliance professionals' frameworks hadn't caught up with ESG obligations and human rights risks. The intelligence existed — in survivor expertise, research, and emerging regulation — but hadn't reached professional practice.
I redesigned and launched a sustainability certificate for compliance, ESG, and finance professionals. Oversaw translation into three languages in four months and was featured in ACAMS Today.
70,000+ professionals trained globally. FAST and ACAMS gained credibility and inbound business development from major financial institutions. A new professional standard established at scale.
Telecom operators wanted to expand mobile financial services but were blocked by policy barriers. Refugees needed financial access that existing regulations prevented.
I co-hosted a policy convening with the Ugandan Government, UNHCR, and leading telecoms — designing a process where regulatory, commercial, and humanitarian interests could be surfaced and acted on together.
A government directive issued within two weeks, expanding market access for telecoms and financial access for thousands of refugees. Something years of advocacy had not achieved.
I've sat on every side of the table: with investors, regulators, community organizations, and companies. I know how institutional investors think, how regulators move, how private sector actors mitigate risk, and how affected communities experience systems.
Across 15 years and four continents, bringing together technical expertise and empathetic connection, I've learned that the most important rooms are often the ones no one has thought to create yet. My job is to see who is missing — and build the table.
I work in targeted, project-based engagements — bringing senior expertise without the overhead. Agile enough to move quickly. Experienced enough to get it right.
